Scope of Services
Paragraph: Our services are limited to document preparation, notarization, apostille filing assistance, translation assistance, design, and printing. We assist clients in completing and organizing documents based on information provided by the client. We do not advise clients on legal strategy, legal rights, or legal obligations.
Client Responsibility
Paragraph: The client is responsible for reviewing all documents before signing or submitting. The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to Karen's MultiServices LLC. We are not responsible for the rejection of documents by any government agency, court, or third party.
Government Fees
Paragraph: All government filing fees including Georgia Secretary of State fees, IRS fees, and apostille fees are separate from our service fees and are paid directly by the client to the appropriate agency.
Translation Services
Paragraph: Karen's MultiServices LLC provides translation assistance services. We are not certified court interpreters or sworn translators. Clients are responsible for verifying that translated documents are accepted by the receiving agency or institution. We do not guarantee acceptance of any translation by any government agency.
Notary Services
Paragraph: Notary services are performed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. A notary public is not an attorney. Notarization of a document does not constitute legal advice or legal review of the document content.
Refund Policy
Paragraph: Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control a partial or full refund will be considered at our discretion.

Tarifas Gubernamentales
Paragraph: Todas las tarifas gubernamentales incluyendo las de la Secretaría de Estado de Georgia, el IRS y la apostilla son adicionales a nuestros honorarios de servicio y son pagadas directamente por el cliente a la agencia correspondiente.
Servicios de Traducción
Paragraph: Karen's MultiServices LLC ofrece servicios de asistencia en traducción. No somos intérpretes certificados ni traductores jurados. El cliente es responsable de verificar la aceptación del documento traducido por la institución o agencia correspondiente.
Servicios Notariales
Paragraph: Los servicios notariales se realizan de conformidad con las leyes del Estado de Georgia. Un notario público no es un abogado. La notarización de un documento no constituye asesoría legal ni revisión legal del contenido.
Política de Reembolso
Paragraph: Los honorarios de servicio no son reembolsables una vez iniciado el trabajo. Si un servicio no puede completarse por circunstancias dentro de nuestro control se considerará un reembolso parcial o total a nuestra discreción.
Privacidad
Paragraph: La información del cliente se mantiene estrictamente confidencial y no se comparte con terceros excepto cuando lo exija la ley.
